Each spring the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce awards scholarships to area high school students who have met the requirements to graduate. The Business & Education and the Agriculture Committees work hard throughout the year to raise funds to sustain each scholarship.
Applications are available on January 1 of each year and the deadline is the end of March. Please see the applications below for the specific deadline date. The Chamber scholarships are as follows:

- Two $1,000 Agriculture scholarships will be awarded to students from Buffalo or Kearney Counties who are planning on pursuing a career in Agriculture
- $650 Student Leader Scholarship will be awarded to a student planning to attend University of Nebraska Kearney
