Being able to communicate effectively is the most important of all life skills.

Published: Wednesday, December 2, 2015

Communication is simply the act of transferring information from one place to another, whether this be vocally (using voice), written (using printed or digital media such as books, magazines, websites or emails), visually (using logos, maps, charts or graphs) or non-verbally (using body language, gestures and the tone and pitch of voice).

How well this information can be transmitted and received is a measure of how good our communication skills are.

Power of Goals

Published: Monday, August 17, 2015

Way back in 1997, a family friend couple (#ThankYourMentor) came over to our place.Over a cup of tea, they shared with us (me & wife) the power of goals. Wediscussed briefly (we knew what we wanted, clearly). Then actually wrote themdown. Recently, while clearing old papers, I came across this note.
The goals were not really SMART/PURE/CLEAR. But it came from the heart.
Needless to add, all six of them, our life-goals, stand
fulfilled! Mysterious are the ways of the Universe!

A goal is a desired result
that a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve.
