AMY COPE

HELPING BUSINESSES SUCCEED THROUGH ENERGETIC SUPPORT.

Before assuming her current role as Membership Director, Amy's relationship with the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce began a little over 16 years ago when she joined the Chamber team as Membership and Program Director. Amy has always enjoyed working with and for the Chamber business community. As she moved on to work in other businesses in the Kearney community through the years, she remained involved with the Chamber of Commerce partners, committees and events. Amy appreciates the Chamber business mindset that working together as one, coming together to support the bigger picture and future of the community, is most important. Helping our members see that value, and see and share their own value with others, is what she's here for. As Membership Director, Amy uses her strengths for member engagement and community investment to keep Kearney thriving. Her strong relational connections help bind members together, creating a membership base that is greater than the sum of its parts.

When Amy isn’t busy doing all the business things you can find her enjoying time with friends, golfing or traveling for her son's sports activities and checking in with her daughter in college. Alongside her husband, Mat, they operate Cope Ag Services which offers equipment sales through Big Iron Auctions and seed options for area growers contributing to the local agriculture economy. An accomplished day of business allows Amy a productive and valuable evening at home with her family, giving her the best of both worlds.
