The Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce is a proud partner of the Leadership Kearney program and work closely with them to help develop the future leaders of our community. This is a two year program that dive into what makes our Kearney community like no other, from tours to panels of community leaders, participants are able to experience it all. Our partnership with Coggno trainings provides courses for you or your employees to continue to develop. Courses are self paced, on demand and are easily distributed online. CAREER EXPLORATION DAY.
This annual event is hosted by the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce Business & Education committee and provides students opportunities to explore careers. JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT.
Junior Achievement District of Kearney is a program that provides classes that teach financial literacy, workplace readiness and entrepreneurship to our community students. Volunteer teachers are from community businesses and help show the youth of today how they can be empower their own economic success and help us plan for a better tomorrow.
NEXT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.
NEXT leadership program is to empower future college leaders through professional development, personal growth and networking opportunities. The NEXT program is a partnership with the University of Nebraska at Kearney and promotes leadership development while involving UNK students in the Kearney community.
SCHOLARSHIPS.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP KEARNEY.
Youth Leadership Kearney was created to mirror the Leadership Kearney program, recognizing and inspiring the next generation of youth leaders. High School Juniors spend a year exploring key Kearney industries and learning from community leaders. We are proud partners of Youth Leadership Kearney.
