Project to consist of site work & grading, extension of primary utilities from adjacent barracks building and nearby utility mains, capital improvement of sidewalks and outdoor building lighting. Facility to be of wood construction, two stories with brick and siding exterior and an asphalt shingle roof.

KEARNEY YOUTH REHABILITATION & TREATMENT CENTER - BRYANT CREIGHTON LIVING UNIT ROOF

Bid Date: June 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.

Scope of Work:  A. Remove portions of existing buildings in the following sequence: 1. Contractor to determine sequence of demolition if the sequence is not stipulated elsewhere in the Contract Documents. B. Remove other items indicated, for salvage, relocation, and recycling. C. Fill excavations, open pits, and holes in ground areas generated as result of removals, using specified fill; compact fill as required so that required rough grade elevations do not subside within one year after completion.

Scope of Work:  The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to install (2) 200 KW natural gas powered backup generators to include automatic transfer switch(s) to power the Readiness Center(Built in 2014), located in Grand Island, NE. This project is to provide back-up power to the whole facility, in the event of a power outage. This project includes concrete pads, protection bollards, extension of buried natural gas line.

GREENLIEF TRAINING SITE FIBER OPTIC & COPPER BACKBONE MODERNIZATION PROJECT

Scope of Work:  The work covered consists of furnishing all design services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses & permits required to modernize outdated communication lines & the communication infrastructure of the Greenlief Training Site in Hastings, NE. Portions of this infrastructure were originally constructed in the 1990's & are in need of comprehensive system reconfiguration & replacement to enhance connectivity & functionality of service. Project includes installation of approximately 9,000 feet fiber optic, 17,000 feet copper communications lines, Approx. 30 Pull Boxes throughout cantonment & the subsequent communication connections to the 15 existing buildings in the cantonment area of the training site. A new continuous fiber optic loop around the Cantonment Area will replace the existing "daisy-chain" infrastructure & provide redundancy of service. All replaced cable and conduit becomes the property of the contractor.

GRETNA PUBLIC SCHOOLS - CEDAR HOLLOW SOUTH - PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

Bid Date: July 8th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.

Scope of Work:  Work will include public infrastructure related to the Cedar Hollow South Final Plat approved by the Gretna City Council, and is located in Sarpy County. Project scope includes concrete and asphalt paving, sidewalks, sanitary sewers, drainage facilities, erosion control, and seeding. Water, gas, electrical and communication facilities will be completed by utility companies. The Project will include construction of two-lane residential roadways, South 170th Street from Giles Road to Briar Street and Birch Avenue from South 168th Street to South 170th Street. The project is related construction to the new Gretna Elementary School #8, which is currently under construction and is situated on Lot 1 of Cedar Hollow South.

DOANE UNIVERSITY IMPROVEMENTS - RESIDENCE HALL AND PRESIDENT'S RESIDENCE

Bid Date: July 21st, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.

Scope of Work:  The project consists of two separate developments on the Doane campus: a three-story residence hall and two-story president’s residence. Both structures will have below grade basement levels and associated paved parking areas. The proposed parking lots will require the demolition of the existing structures north of the residence hall.
