Maxwell Haffener is the KHS Marketing Intern at the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce where he is learning the tricks of the trade of marketing by helping with promotional graphics and videos. With hopes of further pursuing Marketing in college, he is excited about the opportunity to grow in his knowledge of marketing and business.

Along with focusing on his future career, Max is enjoying high school as a senior who is highly involved. He is a three-sport athlete in Tennis, Swimming, and Track and is in the KHS band as a percussionist and a head drum major. As an officer or member of 8 clubs and class president, he loves using every opportunity to help others, build community, and promote Kearney High. Outside of school, he enjoys watching sunsets, making candles, and doing escape rooms with his family. He is excited to further his career in marketing and to bring the same passion for promotion and people to the Chamber and Kearney.
