Update Your Business Listing Today!
We know it’s still early in the year, however, we are starting to think about the 2019 Chamber Directory. This year we’ll be printing the spiral bound 5.5 x 8.5 sized directory again and we want to remind all Chamber members to take a few minutes over the next couple months to make sure your listing is up to date.
The easiest way to make sure your listing is up to date is for you (or one of your employees) to go to our website and LOGIN. Your username will be your email associated with the Chamber. If you haven’t created a password yet, you can create one at this time or you can email me and I will send you a link to create a new password. Once you’ve logged in, click on the links to the left to update your listing. The tab that says “Company Information” will be where we get most of the information that will be printed in the directory.
Under “Company,” click on “Employees” to make sure the correct representatives are listed. If you have changes to employees, their email addresses, titles or phone numbers, feel free to make those changes. To take it a step further, when you are editing an employee’s information you can click on “Preferences” for that employee to indicate what information, if any, you want to make public. If you check the box that says “Public,” that employee and email address will be printed in the upcoming directory. Always make sure to click “Save Changes” after you make any changes.
Also remember that if you have any changes over the next few months, to log in and make those revisions. We’ll be sending several reminders over the next few months, but if you get started now, you’ll be ahead of the game.
