Kearney Regional Medical Center hosted Business After Hours on Thursday, May 23rd to celebrate their five year anniversary! The Alley Rose served wonderful food and drinks.
Kearney Regional Medical Center is the first of its kind in the Kearney area. In 2014, a group of area doctors led the development of this medical facility and has overcome many obstacles to get to where they are today. The founding doctors said that the success would not be possible without the community and hospital staff.
Chamber Board Member, Bill Calhoun, said the future is bright for the facility as thoughts of expanding have begun to progress! This expansion of the primary care services would encourage growth of not only Kearney Regional, but also the Platte Valley Medical Group. The independent physicians in the local community are strong supporters of Kearney Regional and the facility wants to continue fostering additional growth.
